Warringah Council 2008 Kids Care Calendar has been created using entries chosen from the 1,000 kindergarten and primary school students who submitted posters and prose for the  2008 Kids Care Calendar.

The calendar has highlighted how the community can pull together to protect our environment and reduce our carbon footprint.

Calendars are being distributed to every primary student’s family in Warringah during December.  Warringah Council’s Customer Service Centre and Warringah Libraries also have a limited number available.

These colourful designs include special messages about our environment……

* Turn off the lights
* Turn down the heat
* Keep our beach clean
* Use less water… plant native plants
* Remember your Go Green Green Bags… and more…..
