Patties

  • 500 g minced chicken
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp lemon rind, finely grated
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp coriander leaves or chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 4 pita breads, cut in half
  • baby salad leaves
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • Method

    1. Combine the ingredients for the patties in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
    2. Shape into 24 small patties.
    3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
    4. Add the patties and cook over a moderate heat for 2-3 minutes.
    5. Turn and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.
    6. Place salad leaves in each pita pocket, then add three patties.
    7. Top with extra sweet chilli sauce before serving.
