Ham, Avocado and Roasted Tomato Toast

Ingredients
4 large (360g) egg tomatoes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 small (100g) red onion, sliced thinly
150g shaved leg ham
4 thick slices vienna loaf
Half small (100g) avocado, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon shredded fresh basil leaves
Directions
Cut tomatoes in half lengthways; place cut-side up on oiled oven tray, sprinkle with sugar. Bake tomato, uncovered, in very hot oven 15 minutes. Add onion; bake further 15 minutes or until tomato is soft.
Cook ham in heated small pan until browned lightly and almost crisp. Toast bread; top with ham, onion, tomato, avocado and basil.
