Enjoy the festive season with these delicious xmas recipes.

Frozen Mango Lassi
Serves 3 to 4
Place 1 cup Nestle All Natural Yogurt, 250g chopped frozen mango, 1/2 cup low-fat milk, 2 tablespoons honey and a pinch of cardamon in a blender.  Blend until smooth. Serve immediately with a pinch of extra cardamom sprinkled on top, if desired.

Christmas Egg Nog
Makes 4 cups
In a medium pan, heat 1 cup milk until almost boiling.  Whisk 5 eggs, 1/3 cup coaster sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in a bowl.  Slowly whisk in the milk until combined.  Return the mixture to the pan; stir over a low heat until the mixture coats the back of a wooden spoon, about 8 minutes.

 Strain into a bowl and cool.  Beat 1 cup cream in a small bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.  Gently fold the whipped cream and 2 tablespoons Cointreau into the milk mixture.  Divide among cups, sprinkle with a little freshly grated nutmeg.

Summer Spritzer
Serves 4
750ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine
(eg Maggie Beer’s Desert Pearls)
2 cups (500ml) lemonade
250g strawberries, sliced thinly
1/2 medium (70g) lemon, sliced thinly
1/2 cup small fresh mint leaves

Combine all ingredients in a large jug or bowl.
