Spring has arrived and you’ll soon be entertaining.  Here’s a Quick and Easy Entertaining Snack….. Bruschetta with Rocket & Bocconcini

Serves 4

Olive oil spray
1 small baguette, cut into 8 slices
1/3 cup KRAT Deli Spread, Tomato & Basil
Baby rocket leaves, to serve
8 baby bocconcini balls, halved.

 1. Spray bread with olive oil and chargrill in a hot grill pan or under a pre-heated grill.  Cool.

2. Spread bread with Deli Spread and top with rocket and bocconcini.  Serve.
