I’ve been a yo-yo dieter for years, and Flat Belly Diet!: A Breakthrough Plan from the Editors of Prevention has turned my life around! It’s all about eating preferences. I happen to like all the foods included in this plan, and never feel hungry with the 4 meals/day, about 400 calories each, and always a MUFA included (olives or olive oil, or peanut butter, or nuts, or avocados!). I did not believe I’d lose weight on this without exercise, but I have.
There are sample meals enough for a full month, and I’ve chosen a dozen from each category (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner) to post on my pantry door. These can be mixed and matched depending on my whim at the time. All meals can be put together in 5 or 10 minutes, a huge plus for me!
