Family meals are a time for getting together and sharing these special moments and to talk about your plans as a family.  My teenager’s meal barely touches the sides in his eagerness to complete the meal… our conversations at meal times can be compared to ’speed dating’…. and I assure you it’s not from lack of trying.

A recent survey shows…. 
65 percent eat alone a few days a week or more.
One-third eat out at least a few days a week,
61 percent eat out a minimum once a week.
